You can change your server password at any time. You do this with the "profile password change" command like so:

$ bigv profile password change
What is your current password?  
Please enter your new password: [will not print anything as you type]
Please confirm your new password: 
Password changed.

The new password will be active immediately. If you have used profile password store to store your password anywhere else you will need to immediately repeat it with the new password, on every system where that password is stored.

If you have forgotten your password, you can currently get a password reset by visiting the control panel.

If you've lost your V-Key, or forgotten your user name, - you will have to contact support@bigv.io and we should be able to get your account access back within 24 hours.
