A BigV account contains a set of groups, and each group contains a set of virtual machines. An account collects servers together for billing purposes, and BigV issues invoices a month or year in advance.

If you want a new BigV account at the moment you should:

• use the register command to register yourself a new account (you must have registered for the beta first though; OR
• ask an existing BigV user to create a username for you; you will then be able to create an account of your own using the username & password they supply.

During the (β) you will be allowed to create up to 4 accounts for your clients, and each one will be restricted to 8GB RAM total (unless you ask support for a greater limit) but you should only create them for new parties who may wish to pay for BigV separately. We may delete or merge accounts we deem to be created frivolously.
